Your Privacy - Our Guarantee. Network Photography, LLC, will never sell, trade, rent, loan, or give away your personal information to any other company or persons. We respect your right to privacy.

When we collect personal information:

We collect information when you place an order with us, when you upload or download a file, when you register for services via any email form on our web site or fill out an order form. We keep two separate lists: an email list, and a postal mail list. We will never make either of these lists available to any other company or persons; the lists are used only by Network Photography for new product announcements, special offers, and support issues in response to your request for information. Postal mailing lists and email addresses are protected behind our firewalls. Under no circumstances will we make your email or postal address available to anyone else. Replying to any email we send to you or sending an email to Network Photography with the words "Remove My Email" in the subject line will result in having your email address completely removed from our systems.

Statistical information we collect:

Monitor screen resolution, color depth, web browser type, and key words searched on our site are the only statistics we collect. This information is used to help us make our web site more user friendly, informative, and operable.

Popup, Popunder, and Tooltip windows:

If you have a popup blocker running you may disable it on our site. Network Photography does not download "automatic popup or popunder" windows to your web browser. We do employ manually triggered informational tooltip windows where we feel they are appropriate. Tooltips on our site are manually activated by passing and holding our cursor over an appropriate link.

All products and services at Network Photography are absolutely guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your, order please contact us. We will gladly correct the problem, or refund your money.

COPYRIGHTS

Network Photography will not copy, duplicate, or reproduce any image without the express permission of the rightful owner of the image. Any photographic image, computer graphic, derived by traditional or any electronic means, presented to Network Photography by anyone other than the rightful owner, must have a written copyright release to accompany the order. If a release is not available the customer will have to fill out a Copyright Ownership Indemnification Agreement which will be kept on file at Network Photography.

INSURANCE

All shipments are automatically insured for $100.00. If you desire additional insurance coverage, please send us a written request via e-mail, fax, or traditional mail.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We take all possible precautions in our handling of your art work, digital media, slides, prints, negatives, transparencies and film processed by our lab. If we do damage your any of the aforementioned, our liability shall be limited to replacing damaged film with unexposed film of the same type and amount. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by Network Photography, of customer art work, digital media, slides, prints, negatives, transparencies and film is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

TERMS

We will mark all completed orders (ready for pick-up or to be shipped) COD unless pre-paid or an open account has been approved. To establish an open account, please request and complete a Network Photography credit application. Upon approval you will receive a monthly statement mailed on the first and due on the 10th of each month. Accounts are past due if not paid within 30 days. All past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 2.0% per month (24% APR). Open accounts delinquent 60 days or more automatically become COD and are subject to collection procedures.

Payment by check is your express authorization that it may be converted into a one-time electronic fund transfer (eft) from your account. All returned checks or efts may be re-presented electronically along with a separate eft or demand draft for the maximum returned check fee allowed by state law.
