How can I pay for my athlete’s Picture AFTER picture day? (ONLY IF YOUR ATHLETE HAD THEIR PICTURE TAKEN)

If your athlete’s portrait has already been taken, you will need a password to order online which will arrive at the school when the pictures are delivered. All athlete’s photographed will receive an online password. You can call our Customer Service Line (262-677-8662) and place an order over the phone.

What do I need to do for a Retake Photo?

Sports Photography does not offer a retake opportunity at the school. Please call our studio in Jackson 262.677.8662 and you can bring the athlete here to have the picture re-taken.

How do I view my athlete’s photo online?

Once you receive your athlete’s online password, click on the STORE tab and enter the password in the Private Gallery Login. This will take you to their private gallery to view and purchase photos.

How soon are photos posted online to view after they are taken?

Portrait Packages and online password cards for all athlete’s photographed will arrive at the school within 3-4 weeks from picture day. You will need the online password in order to view photos.

My athlete will miss or has missed picture day, can she be photo-shopped into the team picture?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to do this. The team that is present on picture day is the team that will be photographed, printed for orders, and submitted for use in the yearbook. You can call our studio in Jackson 262.677.8662 and bring your athlete here to be photographed for their individual portrait.

How can I get my Private Gallery Login Password?

You can call or email customer service to retrieve. You will need to provide your name, the student/athlete name, the name of the school/organization, and specify if it is a School Photo or Sports Photo.
